This project entails Adag Standard:
- Providing a central printer that can be used by 3 or more interdependent departments to improve their workflow i.e. several computer systems in these 3 or more interdependent departments will be connected to this printer thereby eliminating the cost of toner, paper and maintenance for 10 or more printers currently used in 3 or more departments.
- Supplying the printer toner for the central printer and the cost would be borne by Adag Standards.
- Maintenance cost on this printer would also be borne by Adag Standard.
- Paper cost would be borne by Adag Standard as well.
This implies that this project is designed to take all printing cost off the corporation for an amount which is a fraction of the money it is currently expending on printing. This project is designed to save more than 70% of the total printing cost corporations are currently expending, How?
